Sparky Ready doesn't collect any personal data: no account, no tracking, no ads or analytics. Your progress stays on your device, and we only see your details if you choose to email us.
Who we are
The controller is TPS505 Ltd, Eastleigh, Hampshire. Contact: support@tps505.com.
The app
The app collects no personal data. There is no account and there are no analytics or advertising SDKs and no tracking. Quiz history is stored only on your device (and, if you later turn on sync, in your own private iCloud database, which we cannot access).
Purchases
Purchases are handled by Apple. We receive no payment or identity details.
Emails
If you email us, including through Report a problem, we use your email address and message only to reply and to fix content, and we delete them within 12 months.
Question downloads
The app downloads question packs from our server. The server sees your IP address and app version as part of the request, which Cloudflare processes on our behalf. We do not store IP addresses in our logs or databases.
This website
Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies. Quiz starts and finishes are counted in daily totals with no identifiers: no IP address, browser details or cookie is stored.
Your rights
You have rights under UK GDPR. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
